During the holiday period for the children, the Nursery School Teachers and the supporting staff: cooks, cleaners, child monitors and the project leader, receive a week of refreshment training.
The Community Development Officer of Mulanda comes to lead the refreshment training.
The training majored in areas of:
- Child Protection: key actions in child protection, child right, principles of caregivers, principles of child protection, rings of responsibility in child protection
- Violation against children: examples of violence against children, criminal and civil cases of violence with OVC/children.
- Case studies of violence against children
- Domestic violence: types of domestic violence, causes of domestic violence, effects of domestic violence OVC/children, prevention of domestic violence in households
- Case studies of domestic violence: identification, reporting, referral, follow-up and feedback
- Gender based violence: man/women; sexual violence
- HIV/AIDS
- Sanitation and Hygiene
